Club Zone One: How It Happened is a short film documenting the background of our first girls’ only project.
Thanks to The Social Switch Project, we’re creating a film as part of a sister project to our Club Zone One - Girls Only programme to why provision for young females is important in Tower Hamlets.
We’ll be documenting the journey of a group of young people aged 8-18 who take part in our weekly after-school provision over a 9-week period to learn how sporting and mentoring activities help them to improve their health and wellbeing.
The project participants will chat about how fitness differs from school sports, the challenges they face when focusing on fitness, how mental wellbeing plays a role, and the impact of a mentor.
